How We Bring Your Brand to Life

1. Discovery & Planning
We start with a brief consultation to understand your brand, goals, and how you’ll use your images. Together, we’ll plan wardrobe, backgrounds, and the overall vibe that best represents you.

2. Pinterest Inspiration Board
Every session includes a custom inspiration board to visualize your color palette, poses, and mood. This ensures your photos feel authentic and intentional.

3. Shoot Day

The day of your session is relaxed, collaborative, and completely guided. When you arrive, we’ll take a few minutes to review the clothing and props you’ve brought, make final outfit selections, and plan the flow of your shoot. From there, we’ll move through each setup at an easy pace so you feel comfortable, confident, and prepared at every step.

You don’t have to worry about posing or angles. That’s my job. I’ll walk you through natural movements and small adjustments that bring out your best expressions and posture. We’ll check in along the way to make sure you love how everything looks, and I’ll handle the rest.

My goal is to make your session feel effortless. A true team collaboration that leaves you feeling confident, relaxed, and excited to see your photos.

4. Image Selection

After your session, you’ll receive an online gallery of your proof images to review and choose your favorites. You can take your time selecting the images that best represent you, and I’m always happy to offer guidance if you need a second opinion.

5. Delivery

Your professionally retouched images are delivered digitally, ready to use across your website, social media, press features, or marketing materials. Each image is carefully edited to appear natural, polished, and consistent with your overall brand aesthetic.

 

From start to finish, the experience is designed to be simple, supportive, and enjoyable, giving you photos you’ll be proud to share and excited to use.

How far in advance should I book my session?

I recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for planning your outfits, Pinterest inspiration board, and creative direction. However, if you need something sooner, reach out. I'm happy to accommodate your schedule.

What should I wear for my photoshoot?

Choose outfits that compliment your skin tone or eye color, make you feel confident and align with your professional image. Solid colors, clean lines, and layers photograph beautifully. If that's not your style, go bold, colorful and authentic. If you’re unsure, bring a few options. We’ll review them together before your session and decide what works best for the camera and your brand. Check out my guide on how to prepare for your photoshoot.

Do you offer hair and makeup services?

Hair and makeup are not included in session pricing, but I work with great makeup artists who understand all skin tones and textures, who create natural camera-ready looks. For women, adding makeup services will add 1 hour to your appoinment time;If you prefer to do your own, use my guide on how to DIY your own makeup look here.

Can I bring props or accessories?

Absolutely! Props like laptops, notebooks, phones, coffee mugs, or branded items can help tell your story. Bring anything that reflects your personality or the work you do. We’ll use them in a natural, purposeful way.

What if I don’t know how to pose?

No worries. That's why I'm here! That’s my job! I’ll guide you through natural movements and small adjustments to help you look your best. You’ll get plenty of direction, feedback, and encouragement throughout the session. Most clients say they feel surprisingly relaxed after the first few shots.

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions can be held in-studio, on-location (such as your office, coworking space, or home), or a mix of both — depending on your selected package. We’ll discuss what fits your vision best during your consultation.

How long will it take to get my photos?

Edited images are typically delivered within 7–10 business days after you make your final selections. Expedited delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

Can I purchase additional retouched images?

Yes! Each package includes a set number of retouched images, but you’re welcome to purchase extras once you view your proof gallery. Many clients choose to add a few more once they see how great the photos look.
